Consultation #1
Talk about life, nutrition, goals, ideas, likes and dislikes, training times/days and come up with a plan. we can just chat or we can chat and get some training at the same time!
Session #2
Fitness and health assessment like blood pressure, fat and muscle, hydration, flexibility, strength and endurance. Also planning the start of your 3-7 days food diary.
Session #3-5
GET TO KNOW YOU! The 3rd-4th session is when I get to know the person a bit better I then tweak the training sessions accordingly. Session 5 is all about your food diary analysis + our new nutrition plan.
Subsequent Sessions
Re-Assessment + THE PUSH – Now I know pretty much what you can and cannot do. Then we’re going to push you beyond the limits for you to ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS.
